Instruments of Development Cooperation .
For more than 45 years DED along side with other state owned development agencies is engaged in a development cooperation dialoge with the Global South. DED's overal vision is to fight poverty, promote a self-determined, sustainable development and to preserve natural resources in the country it has partnered with. In pursue of these aims, DED has developed and is constantly improving two instruments of interventions. These instruments are Personnel Discondment and Local Experts Funds.
