The DED Office is situated on a tranquile hilltop just off Robert Mugabe Drive near the centre of Windhoek at 1720 meters above sea level. Acar ride from Hosea Kutako International Airport takes about 45 minutes. There are guest houses and shopping facilities in walking distance to the office.
